Cali Diaries: Part 3

We went for our usual walk (a longer one) this morning. We saw all types of birds and views.

Afterwards, we got ready to go to the David Bruce Winery. We drove on curvy roads, which overlooked the city. No amount of pictures could capture the nature or colorful houses seen on the way. It was a moment of sitting in pure bliss, as I gawked at the world’s beauty and reminded myself just how lucky I was to witness this.

The winery was a quaint place that was peaceful and calm. We sat outside since we brought our cousin’s dog.

We all tasted wines and talked about technology and its impact on the environment.

My sister and I took a few pics there with the beautiful background.

I chose to wear a crop top that I bought from Amazon, which was an exciting risk that I took (since I am not used to online shopping). It’s a very smooth material that is comfortable to wear. I paired it with these Free People flare jeans. I love flare jeans because they give this very retro, vintage vibe. And it goes quite well with heels – I wore my Steve Madden boots for some empowerment.

We then drove to Santa Cruz. We went shopping around the area and then had early dinner. We had pizza, pasta and vegetable assortments while seated outside. Many people brought their dogs, given how sunny it was.

After we ate, we went to a beach nearby. It was visually ethereal at night. The waves lapped at the rocks as we watched the sun set. The water was several shades of blue and roaring loudly from time to time.

On our way back home, we listened again to rap and Bollywood.

My cousin practiced her photography skills as she took a Polaroid of me in my attire. She had me do various artistic poses, and this was the result!

Until then!
